Since we live in California handling all the details to sell the house was difficult. From the beginning when we were in Florida for four days to get the house emptied of all my mother's personal items and way too much furniture, Vicki's help was invaluable. Her cleaning people rented a truck, helped us fill it with a mountain of things to be donated, took it all to Goodwill, and then thoroughly cleaned the entire house. Vicki arranged to have inspections done to determine what work was needed to list the house and met workers at the house to get the work completed. The house was in need of updating and Vicki contacted a contractor and made an entire plan to show prospective buyers what could be done and what it would cost. She held many open house events and made sure the house was well advertised. She fielded offers and advised us about their legitimacy before we accepted the right one and sold the house. And all of this was done without us having to return to Florida. I highly recommend Vicki Annecca to anyone who wants a professional, hardworking Realtor® to get a house sold!"
